Here I will highlight the key issues of the campaign to make visitors to my site familiar with my position.
City Incorporation is Key! At present 100% of tax revenues
collected are given to the county to use as they see fit. All well knowing that the county is not leaving us high and
dry without funding, imagine how much more we could have if the money stayed here.

Note: It has been brought to my attention that some residents
of the Sun City area do not want the Menifee Valley to become a City for fear of tax hike's. I hope all voters understand
that tax hikes can only be approved by a 2/3 majority vote by the voters not the City Council.
The
declining housing market, More and more "for sale" and "bank repo" signs are going up
everyday. Adequate laws and city ordinances need to be put in play to stop the countless abandoned homes in our neighborhoods.
Until Menifee actually starts selling homes residential building needs to stop, not reduced, not less dense, stopped! Investors
with there multiple rental properties need to be responsible for the way these homes look in our neighborhoods. Business
needs to find it's way here to Menifee so people don't have to leave. That's a family orientated community.
